You can give them away almost anywhere. The bigger question is why? If your store is reduced to fliers then it is in trouble. Out of the 100 s of fliers given to me or put on my cars, I have made contact with NONE! People will always say (when you first start out) just pass out fliers. Of course these are also the same 80% of businesses that fail in their first 6 months.
