You could provide a graph or chart to your employees, detailing profits and losses. Perhaps the over paid person may take a decrease in salary otherwise a dismissal may be in order. Running a Net Cafe is not really all that hard. You just need someone to monitor the clients, computer logons, and handle money. You probably didn t realise that this type of job does not exactly require a highly paid technician unless you have faulty products, constantly, and the person can fix them on the spot, or after hours.You could offer the overpaid person a partnership and split the profits rather than that person taking a wage. This would be your best solution since you are not able to be at the cafe yourself..

What managerial strategy should i take? -
i handle our net cafe business and at the same time i have my business on my own and i go on schooling. i had 2 employee, the first one with a great salary and the other one is for compensation of helping. since that i am busy with my schooling i had notice that the income decreases not only a small amount but it was falling greatly. i would like to kick them out but the prob is i don t anyone to replace them yet because of my hectic sched. should i go for humanitarian or dictatorial? every answer . is mportant. i appreciate it alot.
