use a local screen printing shop - and plan on buying probably at least 3-4 dozen of each design ata time or your costs will be too high - if you try buying shirts like that over the internet you will pay more than at a local screen printer to begin with PLUS you ll have to pay shipping, you will never be able to resell them for a profit - your costs will be too highand I doubt you will sell many T-shirts for $10 - not when Walmarts sells lots of different pre-designed nice slogan/design T-shirts for $8-12 each
