i don t think all the jobs will be pub based but they will be creating jobs in the supply chain ie there food suppliers booze furniture building work painting and decorating as well as there own staff as of to doing something that no1 else s knows there pubs are normally always busy because they cater for the everyman /woman they provide a cheap meal and pretty cheep drink so there is a market for them and due to there size they can can because of buying power the more they buy the cheaper they get and that s why other bars and pubs are closing
They could be offering a lot of part time work. Witherspoons must think they will get the trade. We will have to watch this space and see what happens.
