How to know about salary of an employee of a private farm thru net? -

i just wanted to know about salay or yearly earning of a class II officer through internet.he is working in ACC CEMENT,BHUBANESWAR,ORISSA.CAN U GUIDE ME??

You cannot get this information from net. There are only three sources :(a)The employee himself (b) The employer (c) Income Tax Dept , if the employee is an assessee. You have to collect only from the employee as the other two sources are not open to you unless you are yourself the employee concerned. This information can not also be sought under RTI Act.
