Package that cant fit into the P.O Box ? -

I recently got a P.O box at a local post office. However, the box size is quite small, so I was wondering, what if you got a large package, what would the Post Office do with it ???Do they send it to your street address on your P.O Box application ?? I really hope not, because I m sharing room atm, so it is difficult to share mail =/
