Cape Cod Potato Chips makes a really dark chip, just short of burned, called Dark Russet. Really good.
If Golden Chips were a hot seller wouldn t every chip maker turn up the fire? Do not think you could patent them?? Maybe you could sell the variety concept to a large chip maker like Lays? But i do love digging for the dark chips...
