Has your customer signed acceptance of your terms and conditions? In theory, you should be able to go ahead. Check with your local Trading Standards office whether your terms and conditions are reasonable and that you ve presented them in an acceptable way to your client. Provided they say so, give the client one more chance by informing her that on X date you ll sell or scrap her equipment if she hasn t collected it.

Own computer business policy? -
run my own computer business, my policy states that no return for the the customers item within 21 days gives me the right to either sell/scrap the computer/item to recoup any losses. She has been informed of this, and called several times but no reply. Can i go ahead with it? Thanks.
