of course not...a fire exit can never ever be locked. Bring this to the attention of your manager immediately.

lol people are so quick to judge. Many places have more exits then required by law. While it may be unwise, it may not be illegal. You are asking the wrong people. This should be asked of the school principal.

Absolutely not you must have multiple exit routes. It must be fixed or reported properly.
