Hi... i run a taxi business and would like to offer all my customers an incentive for booking our taxis online and re-using our services for future trips. Can someone give me ideas on what would be the best scheme to opt. Our prices are slighly higher than our competitors...but our service is (in my opinion) far better. our new website will (still under devlopment) let our customer book online...keep a track and view of all their bookings in past....and make payments online..... i want to add a incentive scheme..so they carry on using our web interface to book their taxi. Please suggest ideas or inform me of any existing schemes if known. I have a loyalty card idea....but not sure how i can award the points...i mean what to base their points on...etc thanks in advance for your ideas.
Honestly, I m not sure what you mean by scheme. Why not just offer something simple, like 5 or 10% off if they book online? I rented a motor scooter on vacation once, and got 10% off since I booked it online.

I view loyalty cards as taking the pi** out of my intelligence!!! So it wouldn t work with me that one!!!(but most folks are gullible anyway)I d keep coming back to you if you were reliable and your cars were decent...
