Why should organizations have procedures for storing and securing information? -
If data is insecurely stored, it may become corrupted and unusable. Also, a separate storage room, with a cool temperature, will ensure the integrity of the data.Some data could be used to pass on to unscrupulous dealers who may use the information for criminal activities. Some stock market investors would dearly pay for information about the profitability of a business.
