I clean small offices and love it. Besides the licenses you need to call a lot of insurance agencies and get quotes for liability insurance or a bond. The price for this varies a lot so do call around. It shouldn t be that expensive but it is really important because it protects you against claims of damage, etc. Plus it s a great selling tool-businesses love to know you have it. Once you choose an agent, keep on friendly terms-they can be great as a resource for new business.You should have contracts, estimate charts, bid forms and more.
