file a complaint with paypal and tell them you want your shipping money back.
Check what the shipping specs were in the original listing, and make sure that the seller followed them. Aside from that though, if they didn t specify what type of packaging or envelope it would be sent in, this is one of those live and learn experiences. I guess just be thankful that there wasn t too much damage, and be a little more proactive with your future purchases. I know proper packaging seems like common sense...but that s not something you can always count on :(
Anything you can do about WHAT? You said yourself the item was not damaged. Just be happy with your new jersey and forget about your pointless complaint. You ordered an item, you received an item. The seller got away with nothing.
it probably isn t the Seller s fault - probably damaged in the post - BUT...the jersey is not damaged...why make such a fuss - sounds like you are making a mountain out of a molehill!!
Give them neutral feedback, telling that your package wasn t shipped well.
