TARP...And what does it mean for start up businesses? -

My husband is trying to start a business, and we cannot get the funding. Is TARP Program really going to help people like us or is it going to benefit the people that already have businesses, or people who don t really need it? Everything is in line for him to start, but no bank wants to loan $150 for a great business plan.

You will need collateral to get money from the bank, if you don t have any then try venture capitalists.
