I need a piercing license Dayton Ohio? -

I am a piercer in the dayton area (ohio) me and my artist have been underground killin it for the past 2 years. Well now its time for an upgrade. Obviously we already know the ropes and run around, its just time to be official. Someone braught it up saying that we can get it online for around 50-100 dollars, i can do this all day everyday no problem i just need to know how!! Can anyone help me out?
