What are the procedures for opening an indoor shooting range in Virginia? -

Me and a friend are looking into buying some land, building, opening, and operating an indoor shooting range on it. What are the procedures followed to do so? I ve looked online to find a site for this, but can t seem to find the right thing. Anyone know how or a site with the proper procedures?

While there are probably some basic things like EPA compliance and such that are common, I m sure VA will have it s own set of rules and laws. A better place to address this question might be vagunforum.net or possibly at the mdshooters forums as there people there which are somewhat familiar with VA laws and such.There s a pretty good chance someone at either place would have a better idea than the average Y!A user. Of course the better option would be getting on a forum that is VA specific.
