If I had a clearance over 20years ago is it easy er to get some type of clearance today?How do i know what I h? -

I held some kind of clearance working with encrypted radio equipment. I would like to get a job with a clearance. I know I would have to get a sponsor. I would like to know what type of clearance I held on the past. How do I find out? Any other advice.Thanks, Bob

not if you have been a criminal or terrorist for the last 20 yrs - you would still have to go thru an extensive background check even more detailed since you now have 20 more years of history for them to check outwouldn t you need a government job offered to you first where they would be doing that background check as part of the hiring process??
