What would be everything I need to do, from the basics, to start an indoor mini golf course? Im not asking for physical things like a building and chairs, but the procedure from who to contact to buy the land, financing, permits, operating license, building codes, inspections and taxes.

Contact your local Chamber of Commerce to help you get the information you need about local and state business laws and permits.I would suggest, however, if it is at all possible, to put it in an indoor mall with a fair amount of traffic already. Contact any malls in your area, see if they have any vacancies, and write out a proposal for a rental agreement.
