Because they believe they have a better product then the others. It doesn t matter if there are a hundred cookie stores next to me, because if I have the best value, the customers come to me.If I burn a batch of cookies, its going to be a long day retaining customers, so I don t do that often.Have a good product, fair price, knowledgeable staff and good customer relations and you don t have to worry about competition.Don t worry about the other guy, keep your house in order and they will come.........:)
