can i order something online, then pay the entire shipping + purchase when it gets delivered?

Not all businesses will offer C.O.D. All the 1-800 number tv shopping networks says No C.O.D s allowed . C.O.D were really popular in the past before credit cards became extremely popular. Also with the improved technology with banks, you can use your checking account like a electronic transaction (debit/credit card tranaction). I think companies believes there are so many better ways of payment than offering C.O.D. Some businesses may still offering them, but very few.
