Help with my employee? -

A couple of days ago I hired a new worker for my website, www.mugglesite.com .She said she was poor and didn t really have many friends or things to do.I said that I would send her a list of things do to for the website, e.g. Update this and that.But I don t want to make it to hard for her, so should I give her jobs in 2 or 3s or should I give her a massive list of things to do in the next 6 months?Thx

I suggest you give her a work partner, just so she can make some friends. And be kind an considerate. And about the amount of jobs, ask her what she would like.

2 or 3 projects at one time. This gives you a chance to review her work and correct mistakes. She will have time to adjust to the work and learn what you expect from her.
