The same way as any retail establishment does...buy low, and sell high. Your problem lies in figuring out where to buy stuff cheap, and what to buy, and what price to start the bidding on. You are also going to have problems because you re a minor, and can t legally make binding contracts.Just because something is cheap, or is a collector s edition , doesn t mean that you can turn it around and sell it for big bucks. You have to educate yourself about what you want to buy and sell, just like any other merchant. For instance, I know where to find decent used books that are likely to re-sell for a lot more than I paid for them. However, I know how to rate the condition of books, and I know which books are likely to re-sell and which are just going to never sell unless I price them at a dime or a quarter each.
