1st babysitting job? need help please? -

I m 12 years old and I live in an apartment, the people below us have a 6 0r 7 year old daughter. Today I was sitting out on the balcony and she asked me if I could babysit for her daughter, of course I said yes. But I ve only babysat once with my friend who lives with the kids we babysat. any tips, hints, ideas, etc?btw I would probably only babysit for an hour or 2

Read to her and if she is learning to read you may ask her to read some to you. Most kids love to show what they have learned. If she has some games she likes to play, ask her if she would like to play them with you. Kids love a babysitter who gets involved with them and make them feel special. Don t just spend your time watching TV.
