How do I claim a payment on ebay? -

I wen to paypal and it says i have no payments recieved but when i go to my ebay page it says awaiting payment for 1 item and that it is being processed through paypal, and that I need to claim it but im not sure how. It has been 3 days since the payment has been made. What do I do?

Contact Pay pal customer service. There should be a link on their website for questions relating to payments.
