Formed LLC, but now want to dissolve. How? -

A couple friends and myself formed an LLC last spring. We never operated the LLC and never completed the operating agreement or anything, we simply founded it and just left it on paper. Since then we have parted ways. What is the process for dissolving the LLC with Washington State?Thank you

All you need to do is file an articles of dissolution with the Washington Secretary of State office.
