Any tips on how to starT? I m at a community college right now trying to get a degree in business, then i m headed off to culinary school .. then what? I do live in Cali, so where are the best Culinary schools? How much money do I typically need to start up a business/bakery? If my credit score isn t that great, will banks still give me a chance to get a loan? I don t want a gigantic shop, just small, unique, delicious!
