no, theyre not allowed, someone did this to me , they used my photo and my actual worded listing, i reported it to ebay myself and it was removed, and the new seller relisted it it with their own picture and my words with again with a line removed which apparently was allowed cos now it wasnt the same ! On the page there is written report this item, follow the drop box path and report them
Yes, I would assume so because you made the picture available to the public when you posted it on ebay.
No as its copyright, and if the original seller sees it they will report it.Ebay will then strike u or ban u
