I am a leaseholder of A3 licensed property (restaurant to be) which has not been open yet and would like to sell it as an unfinished project. Two floors with kitchen downstairs and bar with lounge area upstairs with approx 40 -50 seats. Seafront location and cheap rent and really good lease. Should you need more information please ask. hand out flyers to people and/or post them up in stores, restaurants etc. or craigslist

Advertise it on Business s for sale.com. I sold mine through that site.You could ask for offers and see what people are prepared to pay.
