First you need to go to PT school and then get some expierience. Then you need to get the proper incorpration wether that be a PC, PLLC etc. Then you obtain space and equipment as well as insurance. Then you need to become a provider for the various insurance companies in your area. It is much easier to work at a practice and then buy in. Manysmall providers are selling their practices because they can not make a living in this day and age. They are choosing to work for someone else.
