The best way to get over your fear of rejection is to go out and get some rejections. You get used to it after a while. I am very shy and hate rejection too. When I started my business I had to learn the hard way that the more rejections I got the more success I would have. This is how I look at things now. I m using made up numbers just to keep it simple. Let s say I make $100 for every sale. 1 out of every 10 people I approach buys. So instead of looking at it as 9 rejections I look at it this way. I m making $10 for each person I talk to. If they don t buy then I walk away thinking Whatever, I just made ten bucks anyway. In the beginning I did have about a 10:1 ratio, now I close about 90% because I m more confident and assertive. You just have to get out there, do it and roll with the punches. Is this a nightclub. If so just hire some hotties looking for part time work to go out and sell them for you. Just pay them a commission and let them in free.

Good business Pitch...? -
Aight here s the deal. I just started promoting a Club and I have to start selling tickets to people. However I don t have the guts to go up to random people and ask them if the wanna buy tickets. What can I do to improve? It s mostly the fear of getting rejected by the person like him telling me **** off kid or something.
