How do I attach a specific contractor to a work order in QuickBooks? -

I need a report of how many hours each of our techs is working according to the work orders they re doing rather than relying on their time sheets. I can enter labor on the work order and but I don t know how to make it a specific tech. Can anyone help me? Thanks!
