Wat should i do if customer not paying? (item shipped)? -

this customer bought lots phones from us before, and one day he called in to order a phone, and ask if we can ship immediately, since the bank is already closed, he can only make payment the next day early morning. we shipped the package ontime, but he never made the payment, it has been 3 monthes already, we can still reach him the first 2 month, he always has excuse for delaying, but now we cannot reach him anymore, no answer for both his cell and business #. wat cani do now? it is shipped from richmond to calgary. value at $940
