Look in the front of your white pages.Don t think you d need a license, unless you live in a very large city.You can check out the Small Business Administration, but don t tell them exactly what you d be selling over the phone. They are free of charge. You might check out the IRS too.Why would you need to buy a book when the federal government is full of helpful advise. But your local city and county government might not like it, say if you live within a certain proxsimity of a school, they can be real jerks (pardon the pun) about stuff.
