I started knowing nothing,,, to writing a business plan, to finding space to lease, to setting up a website online store, to passing all the inspections, to finding ordering all the products, to finding/ordering setting up all the fixtures and displays, to coming up with a bar code system on my computers, to programming cash registers that will understand it, sales, marketing, designing the neon store signs, to taxes, to return policies.... the list goes on on on. You name it I have figured out how and then did it (all by myself the first year).Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have I will see how I can help.
