Anyone who doesnt know what a swot analysis is should not be answering your question, and you should not be taking their advice about this particular subject. The whole idea is really not a good one. Not for schools.. its tooo chaotic.Strengths - Cash flow from students willing to pay for the service.Weaknesses - You will have to pay employees for working for you as well as buy insurance, etc. Or it will cost money to outsource to another company. opps - not many i can thing ofthreaths - too many to name.
