Web designe business bankruptsy,what to do,need advices? -

Hi! I invested in web designe firm 3years ago we made web portals and I have my own web portal, firm is close to bankruptsy, question is, how I can sell something, we have portfolio boons.lv and we have social networking portal boon.lv. Maybe I could sell some scripts or portal boon.lv, what shoul I do to get out most of what I invested???

eBay and other personal auctions sites are likley to bring in a (lot) more (for individual items) than the bankruptcy auction will ... Look at all your assets - some (such as PC s) may be worth more than the current written down book cost .. as may things like software licences .. what do you have sitting in the cupboard gathering dust that could be sold ???Look at your outgoings, ESPECIALLY the big ticket costs (if wages are a big cost, you may have to consider redundancies .. ) If you rent your premises, approach the landlord - here you can be quite brutal about the financial state of the company and when asking for a rent reduction (with the unsaid implication that if they landlord fails to agree, next months / quarters rent just won t be paid ..) - a lot of businesses pay rent quarter in advance .. you could start by informing the landlord that you can no longer afford to pay in advance and offer to pay monthly in arrears (or even quarter in arrears)
