Yeah things can get really complicated when you go into business with a friend. Money can turn someone you ve known your whole life, your best friend... into an enemy and it s really tuff sometimes. But that s not to say that things can t go well and that it won t improve your life and help you reach your goals, I know and have worked with many people in business with there friends/family members and etc.Depending on the business I would talk to a lawyer and get some official documents written up in terms of ownership, profit sharing, and expenses. The best thing to remember is to be prepared for anything!Good luck, I hope your business works out!
