I m helping a friend start his Business and we need to know - What is the name of the form that we need to have an office manager sign stating that she won t abuse employee Information ie, SSNs, addresses. Also, my friend s accountant just sent an email to him with his SSN in it. Isn t it illegal to email SSNs?Thank you

The W-4 is the employees withholding allowances (your state may have a similar form).The I-9 Immigration Naturalization form which determines the employee can legally work in this country.
