Does paypal insure items not purchased via eBay? -

I am purchasing items with paypal. If i don t receive the items what kind of insurance does paypal provide?

There is no insurance through paypal if you are not ordering with ebay. you can dispute it if you dont get your merchandise, but its a long process.
