Id like to know more about bar management? -

I really want to open up something like a bar, something low key but also have great food.I m saving up money and waiting to move so I can go to school. Until then I would like to read up on some info about running a bar.Any suggestions on some informative books I could get?*I know there s a lot of risks to owning a bar.*I know about employee theft.***Please don t send me comments about these things I m just asking about a book.

I have not come across a book, but many people have blogs that discuss these issuesget a job in a bar and see first hand for your self the good and bad about this type of businessworking for someone you quickly see where the gaps are so when you do have your own place yu know what needs to be properly managed
