Business Plan question about employees.? -

I would like to know from business planners, is it better to not have employees or do banks/grants look more for businesses that are going to hire in the future? In our business, (my wife and I) are the only ones doing it and that s all we need, will this go against us because we re not needing to hire future individuals? Are they looking for businesses that will create more employment or can we do this ourselves without being punished for that?Thanks in advance for any help.

And this has nothing to do with your loan applicationl.When you apply for any business loan from any bank, they just require you to submit the following: Business permits, mayors, bank account statement, your number of years in the business, collateral in some cases. More likely, they are looking on your capacity to payback the bank on any amount of loan you are acquiring from them. But there are also these so called executive loans, wherein there is no need of collateral. And definitely, they need your IDs, Residence Certificates.

NOT having to hire+pay employees is a benefit. The banks will look at you and your wife as the only workers as your business being stable versus being unstable by having to spend money on employees.Don t worry about the issue your asking us... employees or not, the banks look at other things to see if you can pay back the loan.Good luck.

I wouldn t think so, as long as you and your wife can realistically meet your financial goals set out in your plan. If anything it is one less expense. I m sure they see that as you expand and grow you could have to hire outside help.

Whats the deal with purchasing beauty products on Ebay.? -

It s been going on for quite some time now. I can see the listings but when I click on them, this message turns up stating that due to a decision by French courts certain products cannot be sold on Ebay- this includes perfumes, facial creams, hand gels, anything imaginable. I ve looked them up in amazon and they are normally sold there, so can somebody enlighten me?Thank you for your time.

I m not sure if it is necessary, but you could meet with a lawyer and have them write up a contract. When I formed my own LLC it cost about 160-200 to do the basic paperwork. I would expect them to charge something similar. You might also check the website www.legalzoom.com They have contracts for pretty cheap.

If you sold the TV before you finished paying for it they are coming to repossess it. They ll put the account in collection and attempt to collect from you. Your credit rating will be lowered and you won t be able to get further credit or the rates will be sky-high. Do not buy things you cannot afford, especially non-essentials like a TV.

Your question is very poorly phrased but if I understand you correctly you sold a TV that doesn t belong to you...you can be charged with theft.
