What can i do with my boss? -

i have not all my four years holiday in his business. i have not claimed on two of these years but i had claim on last year. how can i have these all holiday from him while he lie to me that you have not claimed for yours!!!how can i prove to the court (if i want to go to them) that i have told him about holiday?

If you are being paid legitimately and not cash in hand then you have a claim, otherwise you will be subjected to the law yourself by not claiming wages for tax purposes. Even in saying this, you still can claim against your employer. Some businesses forfeit employees holidays if they are not taken when they fall due. By not taking your holidays when you were supposed to take them, you may have forfeited your right to claim them, years later. This may be the case in your circumstances. You need to get an employee agreement form to see if this part of the employee/employer agreement. If you have kept your wages slips, the information on you pay packet, this will prove your case. If you have never received a pay packet or received a statement of income from your employer, and you have not provided an income tax number, you have no claim and will be liable for back taxes should you proceed with a case against him. If you do proceed, and will accept judgement, your employer will also be subjected to fines for hiring a person illegally. Your employer will get a fine of about $50,000 per person he has illegally employed. You will only get a fine of about $250 for not paying income tax, plus back taxes.

Best for you to marry her- then go back to school.
