What companies sell warehouses in Sheffield, UK or at the very least the UK? -

I m on the Sheffield City Youth Council and they ve recently brought a warehouse and converted it into an office and it looks like a studio apartment and it s only cost ��60,000 to buy and renovate.And I m currently looking for a place but a half decent house cost about ��300,000 and seen as that ��60,000 for the studio apartment like warehouse also included renovations, it seems like a cheaper alternative if I can price them up.I mean, I can buy it and firstr just put in basic essentials and then renovate it bit by bit.What companies sell warehouses in Sheffield?Btw, i mean sell and not rent. I want something I own, not something with a landlord.
