Nobody hires a producer. The producer invests their money to make a movie. Film school would be a better choice instead of business school. You should check USC, and other schools noted for their film schools. You will also want lots of accounting classes and contract law courses. Knowing what is involved in making films is important. Figuring out how to save money is even more important. Learning how not to get screwed by the studio and other is vital.Good luck.

What kind of Business School should I go to for producing? -
for film? I am looking into Business schools that I can go to, but i don t want to go for other areas of business, but only a degree that will help me a great film producer. Any suggestions? I know Yale Business is not for me. MIT is technology business stuff. So I need some help. Thanks!
