Help starting an LLC in California...? -

I have filed an article of organization with the sec of state and paid the fee to start an LLC company in California (woman and disabled vet owned), what do I need to do next? I have not heard back from them but I was wondering if I should be doing anything while I wait? Thanks.

Yes they take about a month, after you get it you need to have your llc book in order, like Minutes, Orpating Agreement, Membership Certificate, go here http://www.corpdocuments.com they can help you.
