Do yourself a huge favor.... and work as a cashier or assistant manager in a small convenience store for at least 6 months to a year.You can probably convince a private owner of a convenience store that you want to work for him in order to learn the business. (otherwise he will send you away because you are overqualified...)Even if you just spend 6 months working in a real store and can manage to learn what it takes to run such a business.From cash flow to doing the books and especially how to manage to make a buck.... you have so much to learn.... don t try this without any previous experience or know how...Find a store that runs well and work for the owner and learn what you can before you try this on your own.
