How can I put pressure on him when hes out of town? -

My former business partner, Hendrick, owes me some money but unfortunately he keeps putting off paying me back stating that he doesn t earn a lot of money working for Border Control. He lives out of town so it s very difficult to put pressure on him other than by sending messages through his daughter, Ella. I need the money back so I can expand my business into Eastern territories. Any advice would be massively appreciated.

I assume you have complete legal documents stating the amount owed........right.........if not your screwed.......and he knows it..........if he is Border Control..........he packs heat..........if you go down there he may settle the score permanently........be careful.........let the courts settle this if you have the proof of debt..........

Amount of money to expand business territory? How much money did you lend this man? Sounds like a lot and that amount you should have drawn up a written agreement for a time in which it should have been paid back. You can always take him to court, but with no hard proof I don;t know where that will get you, remember a verbal agreement is only worth the paper it was written on.

I suggest making a trip to go and see him. Maybe he can make payments to you instead of paying the whole lump sum? Try setting up an arrangement. If it s worth it to you, you can sue him for the money but you have to have proof that you lent it to him.

Even though it may seem rash, but you use the legal system if it comes to a point when you absolutely NEED the money, or at least threaten with it.

Call him, email him send him letters like every day. OR go to his house and break a finger or two, and tell him next time you come by you want your money!

Consult with a lawyer. To the comment about me youre sick its not even funny.
