Businesses are not going to pay you for resumes, they can get hundreds with a single ad in the paper. As an Employee Representative you may do better, but you d be better charging the employee. (A percent of the years first salary, or maybe just a base rate per month while you work for them to find jobs.) As for the license, you don t need to be licensed to do this, but you WILL need a business license issued by your state or local taxing authority.
Why would they do that when Career Builder, Monster, and other companies do that already? Do you already have a base or core group of businesses on board with this idea already? As for licensing, you just need to file your business as a LLC or something to that effect, on your Secretary of State s website.

I say this because : giving out peoples info as freely or as often as you`re truly making it seem!?! I guess I could say is phase one of plotting a crime!?! Such as bribe,invasion of privacy !?!
