Pay phones are dead. Unload what you have and don t look back. Unfortunately cell phones are it and here to stay.
I am guessing you have to go to your city hall office, register and get a license. also you might want to check with small Business and they will inform you of the procedure to follow.
buy like 10 pay phones and ask companys if they would let you skrew them on the side of there buildings
