It s not that simple - most modeling contracts are 7-10 pages long. Are you acting as employer or just an employment agent? How long are the terms of the contract? What sort of exclusivity clause do you have? Do you have a non-compete clause to prevent a model from going to a competitive agency? What is your commission structure? What are the ways either the agency or the model can cancel the contract before the expiration date? What sort of liability do you have? What sort of confidentiality agreeement do you require? etc, etcYou really need to seek the advice of an experienced contract lawyer.
